Car rental conditions

To draw up a lease agreement you will need:
- passport;
- driver's license;
- INN (for citizens of Ukraine).
The rental price depends on the car model and the rental period. In addition to the rental fee, the client leaves a deposit, which is used to cover possible fines or damage that may occur due to the fault of the renter.
The deposit amount depends on the class of the car and can be paid in cash or blocked on a card. If there were no additional expenses during the rental period, the deposit is returned in full upon return of the car. If the deposit is not enough to cover all expenses, the remaining amount will need to be paid upon return of the car.
Penalties for returning a car
Each rented car from BestRental is provided with a full tank and clean both inside and outside. The car may be equipped with additional options, such as a child seat, GPS navigator or Wi-Fi, if this was agreed upon with the client in advance. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition in which it was received upon signing the contract.
There are several situations in which additional costs may arise:
- exceeding the lease term;
- the need for dry cleaning of the interior;
- fines imposed for traffic violations;
- damage to the vehicle or its components.
If the renter has not chosen a tariff with unlimited mileage and exceeds the daily limit, additional fees may also apply. The standard limit for most cars is 300-350 km per day. For exceeding the limit, a fine of 10 to 60 USD is charged. In addition, a car rented with a full tank must be returned with a full tank. The missing liters are paid at market value.
The car can be returned either at one of the rental points BestRental, and at the customer's address. In case of short-term rental, the return service at the address will be provided for an additional fee. The car can be returned to any of the company's locations, regardless of where it was rented, subject to prior approval.
The car must be returned strictly within the specified time. If the delay exceeds 2 hours, an additional day of rent may be charged. We understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic jams, may cause a delay. If you warn the company, a fine can be avoided.
Acceptance certificate
Before issuing the car, an acceptance certificate is drawn up, where all visible defects, mileage and fuel level are recorded. Signing the certificate confirms that the client has no claims to the condition of the car, and the company guarantees the transfer of the vehicle in the specified condition. When returning the car, a similar certificate is drawn up.
Conclusion of the contract
Lease agreement between BestRental and the lessee includes all the conditions for using the car and returning it, as well as possible additional costs and actions in the event of an accident. The contract is signed in two copies and can be either unlimited or for a certain period.
